BAE-Software GFX-View V3.0.403 and later implements a thumbnail database feature.  The information is stored in a Microsoft Access database file that is accessed thru Windows Data Access Controls.  This file provides the latest updates and should be load on systems that do not appear to function in the thumbnail viewer correctly.  All operating systems from Windows 2000, Windows, and Windows XP should function fine, however this is a required update for Windows 98 that has not received such a database update in the past.

Users may want to download this MDAC Component Checker to verify the version of MDAC currently on the computer running BAE-Software GFX-View V3.0.403 and above.  This is a smaller download then the combined downloads of the MDAC and JET 4.0 updates that may or may not be required on a users system.
