Image Plus Editor (Image Tools Menu)


This feature reloads the currently displayed image discarding all changes that have been made.

This item allows access to the follow Flip related items.

bullet Flip Horizontal
This feature will flip the currently displayed image Left to Right (Horizontally).
bullet Flip Vertical
This feature will flip the currently displayed image Top to Bottom (Vertically).

This item allows access to the follow Rotation related items.

This feature allows for the resizing of the image either using specific pixel settings or percentage of the current image size.  There is an option to maintain aspect ratio when adjusting a height or width option that automatically adjusts the other setting.

This feature allows you to interactively adjust the Red - Green - Blue color balances for the complete image.  An example of the mask being applied is shown.

This feature allows you to interactively adjust the Brightness and Contrast balances for the complete image.

This feature allows you to interactively adjust the HSL / HSB / HSV (Hue - Saturation and Brightness) balances for the complete image.

This feature does an automatic adjustment of the images color levels using a built in
R-G-B Histogram based routine.

This feature does an automatic adjustment of the images contrast levels using a built in
R-G-B Histogram based routine.

Set Image Black Point adjusts an image’s individual pixel colors based on making the selected pixel using the (á) mouse pointer the new base (BLACK).  All other pixels will be balanced in the picture using a spread of colors based on this selection.

Set Image White Point adjusts an image’s individual pixel colors based on making the selected pixel using the (á) mouse pointer the new top (White).  All other pixels will be balanced in the picture using a spread of colors based on this selection.

Using the enhancement tools found in GFX-View V3 - Image Plus you can select (using the SELECT TOOL) and crop (using the CROP TOOL) a portion of the current image.

Using the enhancement tools found in GFX-View V3 - Image Plus you can select a red-eye area (using the SELECT TOOL) and change it into a blackened area (using the RED EYE REMOVAL TOOL).

This feature is provided for the evaluation of current color and contrast levels in an image.  Using this information image adjustment decisions can be made to be enhance the currently displayed image.

This feature allows for the promotion and demotion of an image color depth from (1, 4, 8, and 24 bit) color depth.  Increasing the color depth does not increase the actual number of colors in an image but simply makes the color space available.

This feature will display the actual number of distinct colors present in an image.
