END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
BAE-Soft GFX-View V3

IMPORTANT - Please read this carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (the end user, an individual or a single entity) and BAE-Software for the software product BAE-Soft GFX-View V3. By installing or using BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly remove all BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 software from your computer.

COPYRIGHT
BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software was developed, compiled, revised, and arranged through the expenditure of substantial time, effort, and money, constituting confidential and valuable industrial property and trade secrets, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE
BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 is Shareware software. You are hereby licensed to use BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 for 30 Days without charge. After the 30-Day trial period, should you continue to use the software, you are required to purchase the Full version from BAE-Software. If you decide not to abide by this END USER LICENSE, you must uninstall BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 and remove all files from your system.

DISTRIBUTION OF BAE-Soft GFX-View V3
You are hereby licensed to make unmodified copies of the complete BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 software and electronic documentation for the purpose of distributing it via electronic means: Web, FTP, Bulletin Board Systems, Electronic Services. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made. You may not directly or indirectly offer or transmit only portions of BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software. You are also prohibited from distributing the BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 software and/or documentation with other products or services (commercial or otherwise) without obtaining prior written permission from BAE-Software, with no exceptions. Distribution of the BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 is controlled by BAE-Software.

OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
You may not copy the written material (all media) accompanying BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 or remove any proprietary notices. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble any of the elements in the BAE-Soft GFX-View V3. BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 is to be used as a single product and its component parts may not be separated for any reason.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software and the accompanying files are distributed as is and without warranties as to performance, merchantability, title, and non-infringement or any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, in no event shall BAE-Software be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of business information, business interruption or other pecuniary loss arising out of the use or inability to use BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software, even if BAE--Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
BAE-Software may provide you with technical support services related to BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software as outlined in the software help, or on-line support, which may be modified at any time at BAE-Software's sole discretion. In no event shall BAE-Software be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of business information, business interruption or other pecuniary loss arising out of instructions provided in the process of providing technical support. Use of BAE-Soft GFX-View V3 Software does not entitle the licensee to receive professional advice, consulting services, or any other type of support from BAE-Software.

MISCELLANEOUS
If you are evaluating this product in the United States, the laws of the State of Texas shall govern this license agreement. If you are evaluating this product outside the United States, then local law may apply. In the event a provision of this agreement shall be held unenforceable it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of this agreement.
